Visitors and users of Spearman Studio Assistant, studio staff, and clients whose information is processed for booking, deposits, messaging, or content publishing.

- Contact data: name, email, phone, social handles, and inquiry messages.
- Booking and payment data: appointment details and deposit status (we do not store full card numbers in the Assistant).
- Content and media: photos, videos, captions, and publishing metadata.
- Platform connection data: when you connect TikTok or other networks, tokens, open IDs / account IDs, and permissions you grant for publishing.
- Usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.
3. How we use information
- Manage tattoo appointments, deposits, and client communications.
- Create, schedule, and publish social content for Phillip Spearman Tattoo.

When the Assistant connects to TikTok, we only use TikTok data and permissions for studio content publishing and related account management you authorize. We do not sell TikTok user data or use it for third-party ads.

6. Text messages
If you provide your mobile number on our intake form or otherwise opt in, Phillip Spearman Tattoo may send recurring automated texts about appointments, deposits, session reminders, and studio coordination from 888-695-9924. 7. Retention, security & choices
