These Terms govern use of Spearman Studio Assistant (the “Assistant”), operated by Phillip Spearman Tattoo (“Studio,” “we,” “us”). By using the Assistant, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Assistant is
A studio operations and social media toolset for appointments, client communications, content vaults, captions, and publishing to connected platforms (including TikTok) that you authorize.
2. Acceptable use
- Use only for lawful studio and brand operations.
- Do not abuse APIs, spam, or break security.
- Follow TikTok / Meta platform rules when publishing through the Assistant.
- Only upload content you have rights to use.
3. Content & bookings
You retain ownership of your media. You grant the Studio a license to host, process, and publish it as instructed. Deposits and session terms follow Studio booking policies and payment-processor terms.
4. Platform connections
Connecting TikTok or other services authorizes the Assistant within the permissions you grant. You may revoke access via the platform or by contacting us. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy enforcement.
5. Disclaimers & liability
The Assistant is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability for Assistant-related claims is limited to the greater of amounts paid for Assistant access in the prior 12 months or USD $100.
